          a.  This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and suppliers of New Bath Hotel and Spa

Consequences of Breaches

           a.   Any employee found to be in breach of this policy will face disciplinary action, which may include dismissal for gross misconduct.

           b.  We may terminate our relationship with suppliers who breach this policy, either within their own business or their supply chain.
