A Present An Excellent Experience From the start of our trip the hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. If there was any issue they sorted it with no problems or worries. The dinner experience and feeling of the place was so good that we ended up eating every evening that we was there. Such was the quality of the service. Staff were also very nice to talk to. And happy to say that it doesn't feel to corporate which I think is a positive as it feels welcoming.

Lovely night away New Bath Hotel is a real gem. Perfectly situated for enjoying all that Matlock Bath has to offer. We regularly stay at this hotel for a little recharge and the lido is our highlight. That natural spring water is truly addictive! We love the rooms in the annex that overlook the pool.

2 day holiday We had a fantastic time in the hotel the food and drinks were lovely, lovely staff and friendly very nice sitting outside and in the garden, and a very nice short walk to matlock bath Fabulous swimming pool too. And we'll catered for with gluten free products 😀
