Q. Do I need to bring anything with me to use the spa facilities?
A. Yes you will need to bring your swimwear. We will provide towels, robes, and slippers.

Q. Is use of the spa included when I book a treatment?
A. Yes 2 hours free access is included with any 55 minute treatment booked.

Q. Can I use the spa if I haven’t got a treatment booked?
A. Unfortunately due to the limited capacity of the spa we are unable to allow access without a 55 minute treatment booking.

Q. Do I need to bring anything?
Swimwear and flipflops. If you haven’t booked a Spa Day package, do bring towels and robes, otherwise these can be hired for £5pp.

Q. Can children use the spa or have a treatment?
A. At this time our spa and treatments are only available for over 18s.

Q. Do you have a double treatment room?
A. We currently only have one double treatment room. This can be requested at the time of booking however due to high demand we cannot guarantee its availability.

Q. I am pregnant, can I still use the facilities or have a treatment?
A. It is advised to avoid hot tubs/ saunas / steam rooms due to the risk of overheating, dehydration and fainting.

You can have the following treatments while pregnant:
Adapted Facial, Adapted Scalp Massage, Adapted Pedicure and Manicure

Q. Can I use the spa if I have a health condition?
A. With certain health conditions, a change of product can then make the treatment safe to go ahead, however this is not always the case. Please inform us of any health conditions prior to booking a treatment otherwise you could be refused treatment on the day due to health and safety. If this unfortunately happens and we were not informed in advance, no refund will be issued.

Q. I have a nut allergy, what treatments can I have?
A. All ESPA products are made in an environment around nuts. However, only certain products contain nuts. If you have a strong nut allergy, we advise against having a facial.

Q. Can I buy a gift voucher for the spa?
A. Yes if you visit our voucher page, you can buy vouchers for treatments and spa access.

Q. Can I cancel my treatment?
A. Treatments are non-cancellable, and prepayment is required at the time of booking. Date changes can be made up to 30 days prior to arrival.
